PayID Pokies is a review site, and our recommendations are only worth something if you can trust how they're made. This page explains exactly how we test, score and rank the PayID casinos we list — and how we keep commercial relationships from influencing any of it.
How we test a casino
We don't rank from a spreadsheet of bonuses. Before a casino appears on this site, a member of our team creates a real account, completes identity verification, makes a PayID deposit in AUD, plays, and requests a withdrawal. We time that withdrawal from request to money-in-bank and record whether PayID is supported for payouts or deposits only. A casino that won't pay, pays slowly, or hides its terms does not make the list.
How we score and rank
Each casino gets a rating out of ten built from four weighted factors: payout speed (our timed PayID/bank withdrawal), bonus value (real value after wagering, not headline size), game range and quality, and trust (licence, terms transparency, complaint history). Scores are stepped and comparative — we will not publish a row of identical perfect ratings, because that tells the reader nothing.
Editorial independence & affiliate disclosure
Affiliate disclosure: PayID Pokies earns commissions when readers sign up through some links, at no cost to you. This is how we fund testing. It does not affect rankings: operators cannot pay for placement, a higher score, or removal of criticism, and we list and score casinos we hold no commercial relationship with on the same basis. Commercial links carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener".
Accuracy & corrections
Bonuses, limits and payout times change. We refresh pages regularly and date every update. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we'll verify and fix it. Our reviewers are named and accountable — see our authors.
